In a recent Interior Design Manila Restaurant project in Rockwell, we used hand-blown capiz shell pendants that diffuse light like moonlight on Manila Bay. Hidden cove lighting warms the narra wood bar, while focused spots highlight seasonal dishes without glare. Every fixture is dimmable, programmable, and tuned to the time of day—because a 7 p.m. dinner should feel different from a midnight tasting menu.

We integrate sound-absorbing materials that honor local craft: woven banig panels on ceilings, upholstered banquettes with abaca fiber backing, and textured plaster walls inspired by bahay kubo interiors. In a Makati bistro, we even embedded recycled coconut husk into acoustic baffles—functional, sustainable, and deeply Filipino.
